Leah discovered Pilates over a decade ago as a student at Belmont University, but it wasn’t until her years in the music industry left her burned out that she fully came home to the practice. After a year-long tour and the global pause of COVID, Pilates became her anchor—a way to rebuild from the inside out, restoring strength, structure, and presence during a major life pivot.
Today, Leah is a 500-hour certified Pilates instructor and XPT-certified in performance breathing. She is deeply drawn to the precision and artistry of Pilates—the way mindful movement can reawaken the deep core, refine functional strength, and cultivate grounded confidence. In every session, she aims to create space for her clients’ quiet breakthroughs—the lightbulb moments when they rediscover trust in their bodies and their own capability.
With a professional background supporting artists, creatives, and athletes, Leah brings a unique sensitivity to the demands placed on high-performing bodies and minds. Her teaching blends technical discipline with creative flow, encouraging each client to move with intention, resilience, and ease. Through her work, Leah empowers others to show up fully—in body, mind, and life.
