Leah discovered Pilates over a decade ago as a student at Belmont University, but it wasn’t until her years in the music industry left her burned out that she fully came home to the practice. After a year-long tour and the global pause of COVID, Pilates became her way to rebuild from the inside out.
Today, Leah is a 500-hour Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and XPT-certified Performance Breathing Coach based in Nashville, Tennessee. Her approach combines the precision of classical Pilates with modern movement principles, performance breathing, and a deep respect for the body's innate intelligence. Leah believes movement is about more than exercise—it's a way to build strength, resilience, discipline, and confidence, both physically and mentally. Her goal is to help clients develop a sustainable approach to fitness that supports long-term health and well-being.
